Automobile manufacturers have been using cars to sell fantasy and desire since the early days of advertising. There has been little research done on how people experience these associations when they interact with their cars sexually. In this paper, I will explore how tactile interactions with pedals, steering wheels, gear shifts, and other car parts become erotically charged gestures.

Kissing someone on the lips is an erotic gesture because it involves touching another person's mouth with your own. Similarly, running your fingers through someone's hair can be considered an erotic gesture if it's done in a sensual way. Car parts can be used in similar ways to create arousal.

Many drivers enjoy feeling the vibration of the engine through the pedals and steering wheel while driving. This feeling can be very arousing because it creates a sense of connection between the driver and the vehicle. The same goes for shifting gears - pressing down on the clutch and moving the gear stick can feel incredibly satisfying. Some drivers even report that they get aroused just by looking at the smooth curves of their car's interior design.
